Description
AL Sigla is a precise revival of FTC Sigla, an Italian transitional typeface with a 1960s vibe designed by Umberto Fenocchio. If you want a Times-style font free of pretension, steeped in history, yet offering subtle surprises, AL Sigla fits the bill. It features thin serifs and raw shapes, reflecting the original design’s essence without falling into overly digital or simplistic smoothing. In addition to the original styles Neretta, Neretta Corsiva, and Nera, italic versions and intermediate weights like Book, Medium, and SemiBold have also been designed. Thin and Light versions, as well as Neretta Mono, are currently in development. AL Sigla brings a fresh touch to the Times genre, helping you stand out from the crowd.
